How much does it cost to have a vending machine installed?
Our full-service vending programs are 100% free. All vending machines are installed, stocked, and repaired at no cost to you.

How long does it take to install a vending machine?
On average, it usually takes between 5 to 10 working days to install a vending machine. Our process is simple get in contract with us to get started.
Can we choose what products the machine is stocked with?
Absolutely! As an independent operator we stock over 50 unique products including healthier options. If we don’t stock a particular item, we can often still cater to requests within reason.
How can payment be made with your vending machines?
On top of supporting Australia notes and coins, we also accept Eftpos, major credit (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) cards, mobile and NFC payment (Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay).
How frequently do you stock your machines with product?
As often as is needed! Most of our machines are re-stocked at least once a week, and many are re-stocked multiple times a week.
How are refunds or payment fault handled?
We are committed to reduce the event of 'eating' customers’ money during purchase. You can raised a fault via our website via contact us. Most refunds are taken care of within 1-2 business days.
What happens if our machine has a problem and requires attention?
We have service response time policy of the 24 hours (excluding public holidays) and always endeavour to address the issue as quickly as possible. You can contact us via our website to report the problem.
